The flaps will get you to the area that has the issue, but what youneed to do is open the back side of the printer; where you can opt tohave the finished print come out the backside.  Use compressed air andblow that ****** out, while moving the front flaps up anddown....repeat - blow it out good and you should not have to take itapart and wipe off the 'eye'....dust gets in there and covers up the'eye' making the printer think the top is full.

i have checked the flap there is no problem, but iam getting the same error after one or two print

i have hp 5200 printer
printer shows message top bin full
and not prints what slution of this error

Take a close look at the flaps hanging out the exit for the printer.  They should move up and down freely.  If one of them is stuck up, broken or dislodged, you'll get the bin full error.  The flaps on the other end (side you can't see) have little flags that sweep between photo sensors and tell the printer in the tray is full and if paper has exited the printer into the tray.
