It has been a very long time since I worked on one of these. Bear with me as I know the issue but my description of what to do may not be 100% but you will get the idea. If you open the toner door at the top are 4 rollers which are causing the issue. Each is held in place in it's bracket by one screw. You remove the screws and press the bracket so the roller has less pressure against the fixed roller if you get my drift. I would use a needle nose pliers and bend the shaft of each roller back towards the base that has the screw hole. You can sometimes do this without having to remove the actual bracket for each roller. Hope this helps.
