i reset the drum for Dcp7020 but i still get the toner low messege i p

I still get the low toner messege what do I need to do?

Dust on drum refers to as you correctly stated the wire, it carries a electric charge that transfers the image. If the wire gets contaminated the electricity dont flow right so dust on drum is desplayed, you drum cart is faulty, they are not repairable items, go buy another then claim new/old one as faulty from them. Um aH.

when the drum or toner leds blink it means that each of the
consumable units are nearing the end of their use.
On toner cart' it signifies that the toner is starting to run low.
but it does not mean that either of the consumables should be
replaced untill the leds are constantly on,individualy or together.
To reset the drum: open front cover, hold down start key untill
all the leds sequence down then let go of the start key and close
when replacing the toner, that should automatically reset itself.
Drum life is 1200 copies (generally)
Toner yield is calculated on 5% coverage per page.
Tap the GO key 3 times to get a status report sheet.
