i have a roland cx24 which reads motor voltage

Computer OS: Windows XP
Already Tried:

That error is the result of a sensor saying that voltage is wrong . The cause of that would be the motor failing not the power supply. The motor is pulling too much current and that causes a voltage drop.  The only thing that you can do is disconnect the motor mechanically and see if you turn it  by hand if it will start. If it does then it is a bad brush or winding in the armature.
