new part number solves the problem
Parte RM1-3244-020CN (Fixing Assy ).
Remove all consumables.
- Allow the printer ask you one by one, ie put toner on toner, for example, put black toner closed lids and let the printer process, then put yellow toner, close the lids, leaving again for handling the printer until the end and enter the fuser.

Paul. mention what is wrong on the count of the fuser, as to the note of service I have this information, but no relationship in this new fuser with caso.Hp recommended part number RM1-xxx-xxx.
manual support bad parts of the codes and reset procedures.
wait for the new fuser know!

I believe the fuser has a fusable link. I would guess the DC controller would sense the fuse, reset the count and blow the fuse. Service manual does not go in to details. Any chance the fusers had been used elsewhere. Need a copy of the manual? The only service note for this model regarding the fuser is about delamination. Still in warranty? From the service manual:
Fuser-life detection.
The fuser is rated to print a certain number of pages. When a new fuser is installed, the DC controller receives a signal and directs the formatter to set the fuser count to zero. As pages are printed, the formatter increments the fuser count. When the page count reaches a certain threshold, the formatter sends a message to the control panel to alert the customer to order a new fuser. When the maximum number of pages has printed, the formatter sends a message to the control panel to prompt the customer
to replace the fuser.
