I have solved this problem with read post at http://slayo.com/how-to-fix-error-e3-canon-mp198-printer.html  thanks to slayo.com "Canon MP198 Printer Error E3 is becaused something inside of the printer that makes paper sensor not function properly.  To fix this error E3 you must open inside of the printer to remove the things." you must open your printer to remove the things, maybe waste letter or other small part things. Read the post for complete it.

[5100] or E,2,2 is CARRIAGE ERROR. Maybe is the faulty of CARRIAGE UNIT, LOGIC BOARD, CARRIAGE MOTOR or TIMING **** STRIP FILM.

E5 is the cartridge error code. Either using the wrong cartridges, faulty cartridges, refilled cartridges or non-genuine cartridges

Issue: ERROR LED: E, 3 Solution: Remove paper jam then press Black or Color button (MP150) If paper is jammed, remove the paper jam then press [B] or  to clear the error.If paper is jammed in the auto sheet feeder or paper output slot, paper will not feed through the printer. Please follow the instructions for Clearing paper jams from the auto sheet feeder (ASF) or paper output slot.If Credit Card sized or 4" x 6" paper is set in landscape orientation, it will jam. Please follow the instructions below for Clearing credit card-sized or 4" x 6" paper jammed inside the printer.Clearing credit card-sized or 4" x 6" paper jammed inside the printer:Power the printer off.Load the same paper type as the jammed paper in the portrait orientation.  Power the printer on. (The printer feeds the paper, resulting in ejecting the jammed paper.)  Load paper properly in the portrait orientation to resume printing.TOP Clearing paper jams from the auto sheet feeder (ASF) or paper output slot:Power the printer off.Pull out the paper gently.If torn paper remains within the printer, open the scanning unit (printer cover) to  remove it.Caution: To prevent injury or damage to the unit avoid touching inner parts.Power the printer on and confirm that the Alarm lamp is off.Note: Any jammed paper that remains within the printer may be ejected automatically.Load paper properly to resume printing. Issue: ERROR LED: E, 3 Solution: 2 Press ON/OFF switch to reset the multifunction device Reset the device when it is not functioning properly.If the device is not functioning properly or to clear memory, reset it.Important: If resetting the printer's power does not clear the error or return the machine to a functioning state, it may be necessary to attempt a service reset. Click here for instructions to attempt a service reset.On the operator panel, press and hold the  button for one second. (The display will go blank.)Note: It may be necessary to unplug the power cord if pressing the ON/OFF button does not shut off the printer.Wait approximately ten seconds and then press the  button again.Wait until the device has completed its cycling process before submitting another job request.Service Reset:On the operator panel, press and hold the  button for one second to power off the printer. (The display will go blank.)Note: It may be necessary to unplug the power cord if pressing the ON/OFF button does not shut off the printer.Confirm the printer is not on and then unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.If the power cord was disconnected (as stated in step 1) in order to shut off the printer, go to step 3.Press the  button repeatedly five times.Re-connect the power cord.Press the  button to power the printer back on.Wait until the device has completed its cycling process before submitting another job request.Important:This procedure will not resolve a physical hardware issue.For example, a paper clip is wedged between the paper feed rollers or gears; or, the scanner assembly is detached from the inside housing.  This procedure will not resolve all service errors or LCD related anomalies.Service errors appear as four characters (a combination of alpha and numeric codes).
