Ok in this situation it is best to turn the printer off to stop any resistance.
Try to move the carriage assembley to the right side without too much force
If it is jammed solid, dont attempt to apply grave force, It WILL break.
You will need to take the printer to a service center as 99% of the time this indicates the carriage is broken and needs to be replaced anyway. This isnt something you can do yourself. To avoid hurting the printer, i wouldnt go any further with it ONLY if you cant move the carriage with a reasonable amount of pressure to free it up.
