I am getting an printer error message 0x61011bec on my HP 6500 printer. How do solve this problem?

if still you get the message, remove the cartridges from printer.
clean them with a cotton swab and distilled water and perform the steps below and once it is done, insert the cartridges when asked by the printer.
1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on.
2. Press and hold Plus (#) and 6 while plugging in the power cord.
