Windows XP Pro, Office 2003. Unable to print envelopes or labels. Get the error "Out of paper". We've changed all the settings in word and printer settings, updated all firmware and drivers on the printer. Applied all Microsoft patches. We can manipulate a publisher file to look like an envelope and print them that way. One time we forgot to remove the envelopes from the Tray and customer tried to print a document. The document started printing on the envelopes. Any ideas? Reply

Get the error "Out of paper", on client site. First error was 24-969, then I fiddled with Tray 1 and printer preferences, and got error 24-910. Saw one post that said, turn printer on it side, move/jiggle/shake everything that will, restart and error fixed???
Tray 1 not matter what one does (update driver; select for envelopes in Printer settings from the Word merge doc; pull out tray and reinsert envelopes, move sliders, etc.) , is not recognizing that envelopes are now in the tray.
How can my client resolve - there is no way that they want to manually feed 200 envelopes for a mailing.
