this is a new machine that I had to pull the M3 motor to get a customer up. I reordered part number FK2-6301-000 per the online parts manual, but the motor that came in was larger along with it's mounted circuit board. I check the number again just to make sure, that I ordered the correct part, then I noticed that the connector was the same so figured it must be a manfacturing change. I installed this motor the screw holes lined up the connector went right in, but now I am getting the 0107 about every once in about 40 or 50 pages. The number on the old motor is FK2-6315 but it doesn't come up in ISG as a good number. Any help here would be appreciated.

Title : Jam Code 0107
Problem :
When the side paper deck Q-1 was unplugged,  0107 jams occurred from upper or lower cassettes every 10-200 copies. When the side paper deck Q-1 was plugged in, we would get 0107 jams out of upper or lower cassettes every 17-50 and side paper deck every 7 copies. From manual feed there were no jams.
Technician replaced right side door, put an extra spring wrap on pre-registration sensor flag. Also replaced cassette 1 feed unit. Cleared the DC controller PCB. Completed settings from TP06 047A and TP06 118. Replaced registration clutch. If Technician changed COPIER>ADJUST> FEED-ADJ> LOOP-CST to 127 or maximum, both the cassettes and side paper deck would feed over 300 each without a Jam. None of these actions resolved the issue.
Solution :
Replacing the registration sensor PS9 (WG8-5783-000) corrected the issue.
