I know about the ribbon cable, glue, cooking the panels, etc. This BH200 is different. Suddenly has no response to touch screen only. All control panel buttons work, and it copies fine. Swapped a complete known good control panel assembly, no success. Customers panel works fine on my shop machine. Kon-Min says hit the reset, 3, all 00000000's and press enter to calibrate panel. Done that plenty of times on others. GREAT IDEA if you could hit end on the screen!!! Screen is 100% non-responsive. Any OTHER way to get into the screen adjust mode? So, tried re-booting with MFB re-seated, connectors checked, then scan & mem cards removed, then with another NVRam, then a known good set of MFB/NVRam/scan & mem cards all from a working machine. Then replaced PWB-A, (transferred customers e-prom into the new PWB-A.) STILL no response from touch screen. Guess I'll try p. supply next?

Howdy Don!  Lately there has been a bunch of strange issues on that whole family of machines that were fixed with firmware.  Abort codes when out of paper, screen locked up on one (like you are describing) etc.  Went to update FW and the CF card was corrupted and bad.  Wouldn't even format!  Pulled the CF card out and it worked!!!  Replaced it and all functions returned to normal.  Hoe this helps ya buddy!  :-) PCRMike

Where does the ribbon cable plug into under the scanner assy?
Looking at the Theory of Operation manual for this machine it looks like the board you need to try is the BCRS board.  If memory serves me right this is the board that is under the scanner assy.  The MFBS board slides into this board.  Then if that does not work try PWB-A.
